How do I order matches?
All orders are done through email. Please contact masteroftennis779@yahoo.com to begin. In order to speed up the process, please provide a list of matches you are interested in, the country you live in, and how you prefer to pay.
Paypal, Money Orders, Checks, Cash and Credit Card via Paypal Invoice accepted.
Will your DVDs play on my DVD player?
These are DVD-R and are region free. They should play on any dvd player, computer, xbox, playstation, etc. If they do not work for you, send them back for a full refund.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
For the US, the shipping policy is as follows - $2 for 1 match, and $1 each for 2+ matches with a maximum shipping price of only $6. For countries outside the US, shipping varies.
How long does it take to get my DVDs after I order from you?
Once an order is placed, the DVDs are normally shipped within the next two days unless it is a large order. First class mail is normally used, so matches can take 3-6 business days within the US (usually 2-3). Matches can be shipped at a quicker rate (Priority mail or Overnight) for extra shipping cost.
How good is the quality on these matches?
Most of these matches are of good or excellent quality. There are only a couple that have relatively low quality, and I will let you know if the matches you ask for are of lower quality. Rare matches may sometimes be of lesser quality than common or recent matches. This is due to a lack of available copies of said match worldwide.
Are all these matches complete?
Unless otherwise noted next to the match, the matches are complete. At most, matches will be missing a few games, none of which come at crucial times.
I want to trade with you, but I dont have anything on your most wanted list. Are you still interested in trading?
Yes. I am always looking for new matches. Just send me a list of what you have and we can probably work something out.
Will you buy matches off of me?
Yes. If you have a list of matches that I do not have, email it to me and I might consider purchasing some.
What do you ship your matches in?
The DVDs are put in individual sleeves, which are then sent in padded bubble mailers for protection.
Do your matches have commercials?
No. All matches are commercial free.
The quality is not what I expected.
The vast majority of matches on this site are of good or excellent quality. If any of the matches are of average quality, it is simply because they are rare matches, some of which were never shown in the US. I make sure that the ball is visisble in all of my matches before I sell them. You may return the matches if you would like a refund, as long as it is done in a timely manner.
